Resumo

We live in an increasingly demanding society
where fiction runs
behind reality and medical practice
needs more than the memory of the applause at the
beginning of the pandemic. Recently, a young doctor
told me that she wanted to differentiate herself positively from the rest, and I haven't told her yet that she is already different just for thinking about it.
In this text, I hope to motivate my colleagues,
whether they are young or have grey hair (or dye it) or
those who no longer have anything to comb, to carry out research and publish it. In this
way, they will be able to differentiate themselves positively, not only from their environment, but also from their own past, because there is always room for improvement.
